Ordering Online is the simplest way to place your order.

Payment Options:
Credit / debit card –
all major credit or debit cards accepted.
Cheques with orders place by post – Make cheque payable to: Table Tennis Direct.

Prices:
All prices shown are in UK  sterling only.
All prices include UK Vat at current valuable rate where applicable.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Despatching Your Order:
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and all non customised orders are despatched speedily. Customised products are despatched just as soon as the customisation is completed.
All orders are processed Monday – Friday only.
Please note: We reserve the right to use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service on all orders where we deem required, based on value of goods or destination i.e. multiple address buildings, work place or similar. This means that a signature is required on receipt of delivery.

Delivery Times:
We use the Royal Mail 1st class delivery service for all orders under 1.5kg. Please allow up to 48hrs for actual delivery. First Class post does not guarantee a next day delivery. Inclusive of UK mainland, Northern Ireland & Channel islands.
All heavier parcels are despatched using a parcel carrier service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Please note: Exceptions and restrictions  we deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Geographical locations and carrier availability can restrict our service. A postal supplement may be required for remote areas and weight restricted orders. We will advise you immediately with regard to any difficulties.

Post and Pack Charges:
UK mainland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands orders are charged £3.50.
Please see exceptions above for specific details.

Please note if you choose to deliver to an alternative address a further £1.00 will be charged to P&P for a Recorded Delivery service as proof of delivery will be required.

Returns and Refunds:
We do hope that you will be pleased with your selection from Table Tennis Direct. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, it would be most helpful if you could advise us first. An unwanted product must be returned in its original, unopened condition.  We would appreciate it if unwanted goods are returned as soon as possible and contain your details. You will then receive a refund for the products.
VERY IMPORTANTPlease note that we cannot refund or exchange ‘customised bats‘ that have been assembled to your specification. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Address:
You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.  We do not pay for goods to be returned as we do not build this cost into the retail price. You will therefore have to arrange the return. We recommend that you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service which requires a signature.

Exchanges:
We would like our customers to be pleased with their purchases. To obtain an exchange, the goods must be returned carefully in their original packaging as soon as possible. Please enclose details of your name, address, contact telephone number along with instruction of what is required.

Faulty Products:
If a product is faulty, we will replace the item or refund the product cost in full. Please notify us of any defects as quickly as possible. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Complaints:
